Welcome to our site!  I’m Chris, Chrisie’s husband … I know, that’s cute.  I guess I’m the reason that this site and resource exists.  Not because I’m the brains behind the business and the site (which I am … but don’t tell her that!).  But because I’m dyslexic and I’ve been generous enough to pass it along to several of our children!

I hated school growing up.  In fact I still do despite the fact that I have a B.A. in Philosophy and an MBA (that’s another story).  One of my mom’s greatest school treasures is one of my report cards.  At my school at that time we would get a typical letter grade and a grade for citizenship. The grades for citizenship were "U" for uncooperative, "S" for Satisfactory, and "E" for excellent.  On this particular report card I got straight "F’s" in every class accompanied with an "E" for excellent citizenship.  You see it wasn’t that I didn’t try, I simply didn’t get it!

As I mentioned I was able to graduate from college (it took me 20 years!) and to go on and get a Masters Degree in Business Administration.  However I believe my greatest accomplishments are not educational.  I was a Deputy Sheriff for the Los Angeles County Sheriffs department for 14 years.  Followed by serving as the Executive Director of a non-profit organization I founded, owned several businesses, and managed sales teams for Wells Fargo.  My professional accomplishments however, I trust will be eclipsed by my personal accomplishments … To see my children become all that God has intended them to be!
